Project Officer (Efficiencies)

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Project Officer to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
The Project Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Efficiency component of the Project. In particular, he/she will be responsible for providing efficient and timely support to Client countries in the areas of Allocative, Technical and Cross-pragmatic efficiency in order to maximize impact across countries, diseases, populations and interventions.
The Project Officer collaborates across the Client's divisions and with external partners.
He/she will participate in the overall implementation of the project, ensuring that technical assistance provided through the Efficiency component is aligned with the other efforts in the initiative and is well synced with ongoing efforts across the organization. He/she will also ensure effective and smooth flow or information related to the activities planned in the workplan.
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:
Specialisation in the field of project efficiencies and project management;
- Experience of project efficiencies to include:-
- Allocative efficiency (costing and epidemiological impact models/tools)
- Technical Efficiency
- Cross-Programmatic Efficiency
- KPI reporting
Experience in large scale and/or country evaluations
- Written and Spoken fluency in English is required, Fluency in French is an asset
