UX Researcher - Balsamiq/Adobe - Lucerne (m/f) 100%
For our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced and talented UX Researcher having track record of facilitating Design Thinking workshops, Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
Responsibilities:
- Support & drive insights for the framing and visioning process with deep qualitative research into user behavior
- Synthesize and communicate research findings to inform business and product decisions
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and verbal presentations.
- Distill data into actionable insights for internal design and business teams
- Prepare and Facilitate Design Thinking Workshops with multiple Stakeholders on the foundation of the Research Insights
- Conduct qualitative studies including observation & interviews
Requirements:
- 3+ years of user research experience in applied product research
- 3+ years of experience moderating user research sessions
- Track record of facilitating Design Thinking workshops (planning through execution) of small to large sessions over 1-2 days to help groups achieve their end objective(s)
- Familiar in using Adobe tools is a plus
- Good experience knowledge in working with Balsamiq
- Familiar with MS Office Suite.
Education:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Anthropology, Sociology, Design or a related field with a strong emphasis on social science or human research
Languages:
- English - fluent written/spoken
- German - B1/B2
