Business Analyst - Robotic Process Automation wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Background in Business Analysis experience or Change Management with experience in Robot Process Automation projects or Banking
- Practice in working in a dynamic Agile Project Delivery environment
- Ability to take responsibility and keep your focus on objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to figure out solutions independently
- Experience within Banking Operation is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German and other languages are a plus
Your tasks:
- Collaborating with business subject matter experts on assessing business processes
- Identifying opportunities for process automation that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Designing implementable technical solutions that influence process automation technologies
- Developing requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for the established robotics solutions
- Analysing and testing the compatibility of existing systems with preferred automation platforms
- Supporting the development of business cases
