Task Description:
Lead the Global full scope Service Management Program centered around ISM, Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration & Asset Management Including development & implementation in 16 Countries (Europe / North America, Asia Pacific)
- Tool interfaces,
- ISM customization & on boarding,
- Functional and E2E testing,
- Development of processes & procedures,
- Implementing data warehouse & Reporting
Skills:
- Executive / Senior Project Manager
- Extensive experience in ITD Transition/Transformation programs with a proven track record of completing programs in time, within budget and to contracted scope.
- Experienced PM who demonstrated practical experience with Maximo and Service Management implementation in a lead role.
- Previous experience on Program Management and managing teams > 20 FTE
- Willing to travel, working mainly out of Zurich / Switzerland
- Excellent English
- German would be nice to have
Utilisation:
100%, 5 days per week
