- Lead work-flow development for initial countries in order to scale geography over time
- Develop centralised marketing structure in conjunction with Head of EU Marketing
- Design and implement multi-country work-flows with an eye towards additional countries
- MLR coordination and oversight, including systems work
- Build ppt presentations to help engage and educate organisation on structure
- To a certain extent, liaise with country GMs and GTAMs to ensure local preferences are integrated into regional approach
- Aid Sr. Marketing Manager in agency partners management including budget, costs and project timing includes ensuring time-lines, budget, and resources square up to commercial and corporate objectives.
- Work side-by-side with EU Head of Marketing on life cycle planning, including strategy support and tactics, timing, setting meetings
- Aid in managing time-lines, budgets, and resources of function with an eye towards growth planning
