PMO / IT Project Support - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced PMO to join a global financial services organisation.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' experience as a PMO on IT projects
- Works comfortably in fast-paced environment with last minute requests and changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage and work with an international team coupled with excellent presentation and writing skills
- University degree in Finance, IT or comparable as well as good knowledge of MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Languages: fluent English, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assisting project management and tracking as well as developing training plans and test planning
- Producing metrics and delivery reports
- Helping to address ad hoc information requests
- Supporting the coordination of supplier contracts, purchase orders and invoices as well as sprint teams, scrum masters and product owners
- Taking care of the preparation and running of key governance meetings
Candidates living within a daily commutable distance to Zurich will be given priority.
