Project Communication Lead (75-100%)

One of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, is looking for a Project Communication Lead. This is a challenging 2-month contract located in Basel, Switzerland.
Job Summary
In this role, you will join the deployment of the "Cornerstone platform" and "New Ways of Learning" in the Diagnostics and Diabetes Care division of my client's company.
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Drive all project related communication needs, in close collaboration with the Rollin & Change Lead
- Work in close alignment with global business readiness work stream of the project, as well as the internal communication organisation of the company
This covers for example:
- Internal project communication with project resources and their managers
- External project communication targeted to learners, managers, and learning community
- Supporting the RiM with executive briefings in different formats
The Project Communication lead is enabled to:
- Engage as Communication Lead for the rolling within the global Change Lead Team
- Engage and Collaborate with other Change & Communication leads in the project
- Engage and Collaborate with the company's Communication Business Partners as needed
Other responsibilities:
- Creating a dynamic and engaging communication flow
- Manage communication dashboard to monitor the status of the communication plan
- Animating our G+ community based on ongoing events in the project
- Creating and sharing success stories and branding materials around New Ways of Learning
- Organizing different branding events, such as Q&A sessions, knowledge sharing events and more
- Maintaining our project slide library for all team members to leverage
- Ensuring that key project information is regularly shared with different stakeholders using our project website as a central repository
What you must have
- +5 years of experience in Global Communication
- +5 years of experience in Project Leading
- +5 years of experience in Project Communication
- Experienced in navigating Matrix organisations
- Excellent English
What is nice to have
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Other languages
Overview
- Start date: 04.03.2019
- Latest start date: as soon as possible
- End date: 30.04.2019
- Extension: An extension until September is planned.
- Work load: Flexible between 75% and 100%.
- Work location: Basel
- Remote/Home Office: 1 day per week possible, prior approval needed
