Global Process Manager EBS (m/f)

Main tasks:
  • As Global Process Manager EBS you are responsible to actively lead and manage the development, implementation, improvement of the Electronic Bank Statement Project and to provide required services/support to local and global users
  • Act as single point of contact for stakeholders, users and external providers regarding EBS relevant topics
  • Define, plan, implement, improve and manage relevant EBS-project tasks including all related processes
  • Lead the continued development of the platform including related testing ensure the accurate and timely administration and adherence to procedures and controls
  • Review existing EBS rules and work with local accounting to add new rules, improve existing rules in order to drive a significant improvement of the EBS automation rate
  • Maintains strong vendor/stakeholder relationships to enhance EBS and related services, reviews existing offerings for enhancements as a result of strategic goals and/or regulatory requirements
  • Act as change manager in process transformations and provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to local users and HUB & Spoke functions
  • Collaborate with training and communication experts to develop high quality training and communication tools and train organization in new processes, systems and operating models accordingly
  • Conduct trainings for local users and HUB & Spoke functions and ensure knowhow is build up within the organization


Main qualifications
  • Track record of 2-3 successfully led projects including change management
  • In depth knowledge and experience in EBS, EBS rules as well as with bank file formats
  • Distinctive continuous improvement mindset
  • Has the capacity to analyze complex problems, to work with numbers and get decisions needed in a timely manner
  • Ability to interact with different levels of the organization
  • Knowledge, experience and understanding of working in a GBS environment is wishful
  • Experience in working in virtual, networked international organization
  • Fully proficient in English
