IT Supporter needed - Level 2 - BASEL!
Eperis IT Switzerland is urgently looking for an experienced IT Supporter (Level 2) to join one of their clients, a fast-growing biotechnology company with their operations near the central Basel train station. I am looking for an English-speaking IT supporter with solid past experience and references. Start is ASAP and the contract is planned to run until the end of the year. Tasks:
- Provide troubleshooting
- Provide 1st, 2nd level supprot to the local users (between 25-50 users)
- Bring some patches for incidents resolution
- Maintain the IT equipment
- Maintain the documentation
- Ensure all incidents are registered in the incidents tools
Experience/Qualifications:
- Very good skills in 2nd level support
- Very good skills with Windows, AD, Exchange
- Very good communication skills
- Very good skills in hardware
- Ability to work with ITIL methodology
- Very good level in English
