Product Owner Support with profound Jira and INSIS knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Hands on experience in Billing, Claims, Quote and Policy business processes
- Expertise in MS Excel and Word
- Know-how with INSIS platform and VSTS is a plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing support to Product Owner as well as the meetings of the SCRUM team
- Collecting, coordinating and structuring business requirements
- Translating business requirements into technical user stories coupled with their documentation
- Documenting the design decisions and business rules which are implemented in the system
