Hardware Development Engineer for Test and Production Systems:- Testing/Hardware/Production/ Regulated/GermanProject / Role: For our customer, a renowned pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Hardware Development Engineer for Test and Production Systems. The role is contract position initially for 10 months (with strong possibility of extension) in Luzern Switzerland.
Main tasks:
-Development of testing and auxiliary equipment for production: -
-Preparation of testing and production concepts including definition of the required testing and auxiliary equipment
-Preparation of requirement specifications based on requirements and prepared concepts
-Design and implementation of testing and auxiliary equipment, functional testing and documentation of the systems
-Preparation of calibration and maintenance instructions as well as operating instructions
-Support in the preparation of safety concepts, cooperation in the preparation of risk analyses.
-Trouble shooting and support for users in our production and with suppliers, 3rd level support.
Requirements:
-Should have good experience in electronics, electrical engineering, metrology, EMC, etc.
-Should have extensive professional experience in building test systems for production .
-Should be familiar with digital and analog circuits and are able to interpret them .
-Should have good experience in working with standard office programs and also good knowledge with SAP .
-Should be a good team player who is independent, analytical and structured, who is curious, open and interested in challenges and also who is responsible, goal-oriented and reliable
-Willing to work under pressure, and should have positive basic attitude, and willing to persevere and go an extra mile
-Should be interested in interdisciplinary problems and who gets to know new things
-Should have basic knowledge of optical systems, photometry, etc.
-Also able to work in a team and who is able to work independently.
Nice to Have :
-Good experience/knowledge with NI standard components .
-Responsible for operation of milling machine and lathe for small mechanical machining operations.
Education:University degree/Master in mechanical engineering, automation technology or materials engineering or equivalent higher education in a technical and analytical field.
