Senior Engineer- Department: Process & Project Engineer
- Direct Rapport to the Director of Global Engineering
- Professionals with 2 - 5. years chemical experience for this role is enough
Project Description:
- Performs process and/or project engineering work in pilot, tech transfer, production or capital investment environments.
- Has responsibility for reaching cost, schedule and functionality goals for a given assignment. Gives particular consideration to continuous cost challenging, effective communication and following the Capital Project Planning and Execution process (GROUP-25).
- Builds up and maintains a high level of knowledge and competence in one or more engineering areas.
- Actively supports the safety culture by applying the relevant safety policies and guidelines.
- Coaches and instructs project team members
- Subject Matter Expert: Fosters engineering processes and standards for assigned areas of expertise and provides required trainings.

- Start February / March 2019
- Minimum 1 year with possibility to 3 years under contract
Rate:
- Freelancing (regularly 30 to 40% higher as in a permanent position)
Other Requirements:
- Chemical background preferred
- English & German written and spoken fluent
