PI Engineer - OSIsoft % wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Experience in Process Automation, Data Historian and Automation Infrastructure
- Know-how of specifying, configuration, testing and documenting of systems and applications
- Good technical understanding with profound networked thinking as well as great communication skills
- Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing OSIsoft PI Historian aspects in cooperation with Automation Team or Costumer requirements along with Engineering services for automation related equipment
- Being responsible for the documentation, including FDS, WI's and Technical Standards as well as the definition of new procedures with regard to best practices and fit for purpose solutions
- Conducting operations and activities in accordance with the duties and responsibilities for data management requirements
- Liaising with peers in the process unit, including automation and process experts, supporting functions and projects, and delivering jointly owned initiatives
- Fulfilling optimal support to meet customer expectations, specialist technical support / assistance including fault diagnosis and delivering best in class performance for maximised production output
