eLearning consultant - Documentation - Materials - Powerpoint - Pharma - Basel - SwitzerlandNextLink is having an existing position as a eLearning consultant for global projects in Basel, Switzerland.
General information: * Start date: 18.02.2019 (ideally in Q1) * Latest start date: 30.04.2019 * End date: 1 year duration * Extension: Long term for at least 2~3 years, with contract renewed yearly. * Work load: Ideally 100% (80% is acceptable otherwise.)
* Work location: Basel
* Remote: Ideally 100% on-site, 1 day per week remote working acceptable if hired as full-time.
Tasks & Responsibilities: The position will be responsible for making digital production of learning and communication materials, e.g. from slide deck to interactive eLearning courses, or from scripts to videos. Must Haves: * At least 1~3 years of eLearning production experience * Proficiency in at least one main-stream eLearning authoring software (e.g. Articulate Storyline, iSpring suite, Adobe Captivate) is a must * Proficiency in at least one video editing software, e.g. Camtasia Studio or Adobe Premiere * Proficiency in Powerpoint is a must * Experience working in multifunctional team with mutual dependency to deliverables from each other * Good English proficiency, in both speaking and email writing * Strong will and capability to learn * Good at teamwork * A good sense of design * Pay attention to details * Good time management skills; good at setting up priorities and always deliver results in a time-bound manner Nice to Haves: +++ Experience in animation design, with cloud-based solution (Vyond or Pawtoon) or Adobe After Effects is a plus ++ Basic to intermediate level graphic design with Photoshop or other similar software is a plus + Experience leading projects would be a plus .
