Senior Backend Developer (m/w) 100%Project / Role:
For our client from the Lucerne area we are currently looking for a Senior Backend Developer.
Main tasks:
- Work together with the backend team to design and implement features in an event-driven microservices cloud software
- Work together with the frontend team to align on and establish interfaces frontend - backend - Actively participate in the creative process of the design of screens and functionality with UX/UI and Frontend teams
- Use agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the client customer and employee experience
- Collaborate with other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements
- Communicate with IT teams about any digital innovations that are tying into bedrock
- Collaborating closely with product owners and teams members to identify and socialize product and delivery risks
- Drive forward and role-model best practice engineering processes and agile behavior and ensuring teams members follow suit
- Communicate with business stakeholders about agile processes to set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Javascript, NodeJS, Java and or .NET
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with knowledge of microservices architectures and event-driven architectures
- 5+ years of experience interacting with a UX/UI and or a product development team
- 5+ years of software development experience, with knowledge of Agile software development, pair programming code refactoring, test-driven development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications and application security
- 5+ years of experience in web applications hosted in the cloud (Amazon AWS or similar)
- Excellent understanding of Node.js, Java, .Net, JavaScript
- Experience in microservices architecture in NodeJS (preference) or Java (alternative, depending on availability of skills)
- Experience with rule engine build on top of existing solution from the market (e.g., Drools)
- Experience with relational and graph data bases
- Healthcare or MedTech industry experience beneficial, especially with regard to Health Level 7 (HL7) interface, hospital/lab information systems
- Strong team player with good communication and collaboration skills. Solution oriented, autonomous and proactive working style

- Queues (RabbitMQ), Javascript, NodeJS, Postgres database, Neo4J graph database, Amazon AWS - Java + Spring Boot (for 1 microservice), BPMN, swagger, Docker, Hapi, SignalR or similar
- cITm (Hl7 messages, simulator)
- English - Advanced

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
