Role: IT Support (Application/Infrastructure)
Location: Raron, Switzerland
Start: ASAP
Duration: End of the 2019
Language: Fluent German & English
Rate: CHF 85/hour
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End IT accountability for business applications (2 - 3 days a week on-site)
- Perform Technical Application Ownership (TAO) activities relating to assigned business applications
- Support IT risk management at the site, including but not limited to application life cycle management, information security and GxP
- Act as a domain of IT core competence when it comes to application management and related activities
- Maintain the highest level of quality in adherence to applicable regulations, frameworks, policies and guidelines eg IT Application Change Management
- Close collaboration with IT Functional partners like Service Desk, Global Technology Service and Application Services
Profile:
- University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent (FH) in Computer Science or similar
- Experience in project management and in dealing with complex environments
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to work in a Matrix-organized environment/virtual teams
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English (must)
