Business Analyst (Department Global Supply Chain) (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Document business processes in standardized format (including BPMN flow diagrams)
- Update existing standard operating procedures and work instructions, to align with new processes and system functionality
- Develop new standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Create and manage workflows, including review and approval processes in the document management system
- Collaborate closely with process owners and IT to gather input for documentation
- Collaborate closely with instructional designer and support development of training materials
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in similar roles in supply chain related ERP and/or PLM system implementation projects
- Ability to gather unstructured information from stakeholders and existing documents, and use this as basis to develop simple and clear instructions for complex processes
- Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences, in GxP-regulated area
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Good communication skills, strong writing and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, self-starter attitude and sense of urgency
- Strong MS Office skills (in particular MS Word)
- Experience working with enterprise document management systems (e.g. Documentum, Qumas)
- Experience documenting business processes in BPMN notation
- Experience using process mapping software (e.g. BusinessOptix, ARIS)
- Knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM and/or Oracle e-Business Suite R12
