For our client in Zuchwil (Switzerland) we are looking for a Junior Project Manager/Project Assistant for a 9 month contract.

Purpose:
Support large transformational projects involving outsourcing an manufacturing activities. Be responsible for providing project management with special technical expertise in support of product development, process transfers, process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated resources to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
- Serve as a liaison for interface between Site and project teams.
- Develop project plans: schedule, costs and resources.
- Manage projects by controlling schedule, costs and resources.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
- Domestic travels across other facilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management/Project Analyst experience
- Experience in a Medical/Pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
- Experience in Leadership, communication of project status to the management, working in a cross-functional team
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
- Experience with MS Office, MS Project. Other technical software preferred
- Fluent English AND at least one of the following: German, French, Italian. Multiple languages preferred
