Position goals:
Day to day administration and maintenance of McAfee ePO Anti-Virus, the malware defence/security product suite used on >15'000 devices.
Main tasks/activities:
- Manage the life cycle of the McAfee endpoint security products and the related management infrastructure, including the engineering of upgrades, testing them, managing dependencies.
- Handle escalations from 2nd-level support, liaise with vendor support if necessary
- Documentation of all implemented solutions
- Develop and enhance automated processes, preferably using PowerShell
Position requirements:
- Proven track record of managing endpoints using McAfee e-Policy Orchestrator
- Experience working in a similar role in an enterprise with more than 5'000 endpoints
- Good knowledge of the current versions of McAfee endpoint products (VSE, HIPS, DE, MOVE, etc.)
- Security focus and mindset
- Service-oriented and result-oriented work attitude
- Good team player, used to working in a lively, international environment
