Risk Business Analyst
6-months contract
My Client is a Global Bank in need of a Risk Business Analyst to support the Risk Strategic Change team in Zurich. For this job in Zurich, my client is looking for an English-speaking candidate who can start ASAP.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
Essential Experience/Skills required for this job:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in a banking environment
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience in process management/design
- Strong communication-and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- (Credit) Risk experience would be a plus
- Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
- Experience in IT Change projects would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, German would be an advantage
