Professional Integrations Specialist/Technical Lead - 2 positions open - Agile - Waterfall - Cloud - GDPR - Oracle - Pharmaceuticals - English - Switzerland

NextLink is having an existing 2 positions as a Professional Integrations Specialist/Technical Lead for global projects in Switzerland for our core client within Pharmaceutical industry.

General information:
- Start date: 04.02.2019 - Latest start date: 01.03.2019 - End date: 31.12.2019 - Extension: Might be possible, but needs to be approved. - Work location: Kaiseraugst- Workload: 100% - Remote/Home Office: Partial remote working is possible with the agreement of both sides (not in the first 6 weeks due to the onboarding/training). - Travelling: Required around 10% of working time, destinations will be San Francisco, Tucson, Penzberg, Mannheim or Rotkreuz.

Your main accountabilities will be:
- Analyze, design, code (proof of concept), document and test software to meet business and system requirements - Participate in software capacity planning and software performance analysis and tuning - Provide work estimates, identify risks and dependencies for new systems, implementation plans for enhancements, bugfixes - Coordinate multiple remote development teams / vendors in order to deliver quality IT solution according to defined requirements, with sufficient quality and on time

Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, software development, testing and retirement of systems - +5 years of experience with both agile and waterfall software development methodologies - +5 years of experience in programming languages, design tools, source code control, testing tools, and monitoring tools - +5 years of experience with cloud-based development models, including provisioning resources, integration, security etc. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements including GDPR, CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11, GxP, CSV - Experience in Enterprise Application Integration (integration patterns, web service design, SOAP and REST protocols, authentication methods etc) - Strong database design experience (Oracle, MS-SQL Server) - Ability to use UML or similar notation to describe IT system behaviours - Experience in mainstream programming languages (Java, .Net) - Knowledge of ETL tools (MS SQL Server SSIS, Informatica etc) - Experience with software development toolchains (JIRA, Git, HP ALM, Sonar etc) - Ability to apply logical thinking to identified problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions - Ability to work with team members in other geographic locations, across time zones and cultures - Self-driven and able to work independently and interact with project teams

Nice to Haves:
+++ Practical experience in MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform (3 or 4) is a plus +++ Experience with one of mega-cloud vendors (Azure, AWS) is a plus +++ Working experience in Pharmaceutical industry ++ Experience with software modelling (eg. Enterprise Architect) ++ Working knowledge of German (communication level) a plus
