Quality Manager _ Polarion ALM/Wiki /Confluence/GermanRole:
For one of our clients we are looking for Quality Manager Expertise to support him on one of his current projects. The role is contract position for 24+ Months (with strong possibility of extension) in Bern, Switzerland.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Coaching/consulting management and employees on all ICT quality management issues and the implementation of quality guidelines
* Development of the quality assurance plan
* Responsibility for defining test plans, strategies, methods and processes in a complex environment
* Responsibility for the creation of test concepts and test scripts (incl. test organization, infrastructure, documentation, reporting) taking into account norms and standards
* Responsible for defining and validating test objectives in cooperation with stakeholders
* Ensuring and proving the required quality (quality objectives) of the project results as well as monitoring deviations therefrom
* Definition of quality assurance measures with corresponding KPIs
* Planning, designing, implementing and measuring quality measures to ensure product quality
* They ensure the quality of the process documents and ensure that the documents are up-to-date, consistent and controlled.
* Work according to agile methods
Must Haves:
* Detailed knowledge of ISO9001:2015
* JIRA knowledge
* Experience with Wiki / Confluence
* Knowledge of Railway Applications
* Experience with Polarion ALM
* Experience with Sparx Enterprise-Architect
* Specialist knowledge in the areas of railway production, control and/or interlocking technology
* Sound experience in conceptual and practical process, quality and project management
* High comprehension skills as well as autonomous, structured/systematic and analytical way of working and thinking
Education:
* Business management or technical training at FH level or equivalent training with additional training in process and quality management or organisational theory
Languages:
* German- fluent written / spoken
* English-Good Knowledge
