Temp. Support for Supply Chain - SAP SD - Import/Export - Pharmaceuticals - German - English - SwitzerlandNextLink is having an existing position as a Temp. Support Supply Chain for global projects in Switzerland.

This temporary job function supports the internationally operating Supply Chain Team in specific tasks as outlined underneath in order to ensures a smooth supply chain.
Your main accountabilities will be:
- Entering orders into the system and monitor data transmission (Idoc monitoring)
- Manage changes of already placed orders: Perform quantity changes in orders or make rejections in the system when required
- Deliveries from 3d party vendors: Post Goods Receipt and Goods Issue and issue invoice. Make sure documents are available for customs declaration.
- Handle deviation reports for the team
- Support the team with general daily tasks

- You have experience working in supply chain, import/export or related disciplines
- You have superb communication skills in English, with German being a strong asset
- Basic knowledge of SAP (SD module) and good command of MS Office software application
- Strong orientation towards actions, solutions and results with a can-do attitude
- Great teammate and ready to offer help to others in team
