A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Controller EAM / Global Finder / Trailer fees Management

Tasks:


·In this project you make the operational handling of the entire finder business for their company in Switzerland and in adherence to the regulatory guidelines.
·You timely determine the periodic accruals for retrocession, trailer fees and finder fees.
·You frequently make the reconciliation of the data delivered to various interfaces.
·You make the periodic processing of commissions for independent asset managers and finders including maintenance of master data.
·You ensure the dunning process as well as the correct and timely accounting of the remuneration.
·You timely dispatch of settlement confirmations to independent asset managers and fund providers.
·Furthermore you take over the unification and the optimization of processes and structures in all areas both locally and globally.
·You consult and support the booking centers worldwide.
·You organize end execute the regular training sessions for staff to ensure that legal provisions and internal guidelines are observed.
·You cooperate close with various stakeholders (Business Managers, Legal & Compliance and Finance Projekt Teams).
·You ensure that the Internal Control System (ICS) is globally implemented, maintained and tracked during process changes.
·You make the Ad hoc analyses and reports.
·The Project work (analyses business requirements, writes business specification and the testing etc.) is also one of your tasks.

Requirements:


·For this project you have a commercial apprenticeship or similar, preferable in the banking industry.
·At least 3 years you have work experience in the financial industry in a similar role.
·A higher degree (FH or HF etc.) is an advantage.
·You have good grasp of concepts, a strong flair for figures but widely interested in other topics such as Legal, Compliance and IT.
·You have a good understanding of finance related IT applications and MS Office products.
·You are fluent in German and English.
