IT Project Management Officer/AssistantLocation Vevey Contract typetemporary contract
For our client in Vevey, we are currently looking for a
IT Project Management Officer/Assistant
Main tasks:
Assist in day to day management of the project plan and tracking of issues among others
Review the project progress on a regular basis (schedule, deadlines, delays, issues, risks, etc.),
Plan and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of all meetings and workshops, incl. project room
Create and distribute minutes of all meetings
Support the communication of project status
Coordinate, maintain and control project documentation
Provide assistance to the project team in the completion of administrative tasks and any other activities that will contribute towards the accomplishment of the project goals and the go live date
Skills Requirements:
Fluent French, English and German
Experience with ERP implementation and implementation methodologies within the industry (Distribution desirable)
Strong team player
Ability to work independently in the execution of daily tasks
Experience in scheduling and agenda planning
Willingness to perform detail repetitive tasks
Strong note taking and written skills in French and English
Advanced application software skills including but not limited to presentation, spreadsheet, word, and project management applications
Mobile (Traveling within sites in CH), Proactive, Flexible, Cultural Awareness, People oriented
Location: Vevey area
Start date: ASAP
Estimated Duration: 15 months
