Team Assistant wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Education in the Administrative / Clerical field with 3+ years' experience as Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Assistant to a Department Head
- Background in project work, ideally in the healthcare industry and public relations
- Excellent communication, networking and organizational skills coupled with flexibility and cultural understanding
- Proficient user skills in relevant technologies, such as MS office and web content management
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing general administrative support to the team by supporting the budget process and expenses reporting as well as handling contracts, purchase orders, signatures and invoices
- Supporting GMS Leadership Executive Team members and their teams by coordinating them and the project stakeholders
- Assisting with the planning and organisation of business meetings, events and workshops
- Updating SharePoint support and intranet sites as well as preparing and maintaining presentation material on intranet
- Organising travel- and meeting arrangements including visa applications, room booking, travel planning, catering and reimbursement
