Technical Analyst (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Install, configure and maintain IS/IT infrastructure in compliance with standards, procedures and operating methods
- Monitor the running of logical and physical IT equipment, according to standards, frameworks
- Provide users with technical assistance
- Perform operational testing and technical qualification
- Categorize and log incidents
- Diagnose causes, and support resolution of incidents/problems in compliance with the procedures in place
- Hardware repairs and preventative maintenance (quarterly, bi-annually)
- Working closely with on-site helpdesk to ensure all hardware issues are resolved
- Liaising daily with Inventory teams in various countries
- Checking that risks and security procedures of technical equipment are compliant with risks & Security policy
- Carrying out availability, security testing and acceptance of IT equipment
Main qualifications
- Professional French skills (written and spoken) and English skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level
- Profound experience in supporting IT solutions
- Knowledge of Windows 10 - Office 365
