Tasks:
• In this project you coordinate local data owner and ensure timely and correct data upload in system (GMIS).
• You handle requests from Relationship Managers.
• Moreover you coordinate with IT to implement system improvements.
• You manage data challenge process with business management & data owners.
• You facilitate qualitative assessment committee.
• Furthermore you drive further improvement of Client & Conduct Excellence process.
• You support in year-end process.
Requirements:
• For this project you have a knowledge in banking (performance management & compensation).
• You have a IT affinity and a flair for figures.
• You have an advanced Excel Knowledge and a basic understanding of banking and risk management concepts.
• You are a good communicator.
• You are fluent in English and German.
Soft Skills:
• You are able to work independently, well organized, swift and accurate even when under pressure.
• You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to drive process forward.
• You have a high service orientation and a sense of responsibility.
