Analytical Scientist (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Help build up and establish analytical infrastructure and services for biologics parenteral products for clinical products
- Run analytical methods and technologies to support DP QC with the following techniques:
- HPLC and CE purity methods, content by UV, compendial methods: identity, color, clarity and opalescence, pH, osmolality,
- Extractable volume, visual inspection, subvisible particles
- Carry out phys-chem analytical tests to support DP QC as required, following cGMP, all applicable SOP’s and current documentation practices
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, safety and health protection following lab and safety instructions and all cGMP regulations
Main qualifications
- Training on the job as analytical lab technician or a degree (BSc, MSc) in e.g. Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline
- Experience as a research/ technical assistant in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry in analytics of biomolecules
- Good working experience in Waters cds Empower
- Working experience in cGMP environment
- Experience with parenteral dosage forms, protein formulation is a plus
- Good reporting, interpretation and documentation of scientific results
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
