Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
To provide monitoring, evaluation, and statistical analysis support to the Country Coordinating Mechanism Hub for an Evolution approach to the differentiated response including 12-16 countries, as CCM Evolution M&E Officer.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- Experience with performance management and relevant M & E components: from the design of an M&E framework, down to measurements and monitoring.
- Expertise with quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis (descriptive, analytical), questionnaire development, assessment protocol development.
- Demonstrated capacity in report writing and development of Powerpoint and other summary communications methods.
- Experience working with developing countries.
- Experience developing, delivering/co-facilitating training/orientation activities.
- Competencies in governance, especially good governance practices.
- Experience with cloud based data capture methods.
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver on deadline.
- Language: English and French fluent, Spanish basic
