Beschreibung

Corporate Communications Manager with profound Yammer, Office 365 and SharePoint 2016 knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 7+ years' working experience in Corporate Communications in a multicultural environment
  • Profound background in using technologies like Yammer, Office 365 and SharePoint 2016
  • Competency of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Familiar with using graphic design or video editing software with a talent to simplify complex policy and economic concepts
  • Strong communicational skills with the ability to generate and translate an idea into a product, along with a business and result orientated mind-set
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Ensuring a high quality of communication between all relevant stakeholders by maintaining the awareness of their needs and problems
  • Managing Global Opex pages as well as updating and working with Package Owner leads to champion digital sharing of internal content and the use of new technology to increase staff engagement
  • Supporting the definition of key messages and visuals for major events, the channel strategy and developing campaigns to engage employees in Global Opex initiatives
  • Providing measured results to demonstrate campaign and communications effectiveness and possible improvements
  • Assisting environmental development and changes as well as discovering and developing creative, competitive and breakthrough opportunities in a timely manner
