Tasks:
• Support providing presentations and documents.
• Monitoring and Tracking of the Deliverables, Milestones and Working Packages.
• Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes.
• Support coordination of stakeholders.
• Support training and communication.
• Support coordination with other projects.
• Support Planning and support Quality Assurance.
• Special tasks in consultation with Rollout Manager.
Requirements:
• Need to be up and running in no time.
• Ability to provide a Management adequate level of presentations, documents.
• Experienced project manager in the financial industry / banking.
Soft Skills:
• Good communication skills, familiar in communication with management.
• Well-structured and proactive mind-set.
• Team player, able and willing to work under pressure.
• Fluent in German and English, French is a plus, Italian is a plus.
