Markit EDM Developer - Software Company - Geneva - Contract
A Specialist Software Company is seeking a Markit EDM Developer to join their Geneva based team which provide leading, innovative investment and risk management solutions to a primarily institutional investor base. The successful candidate will deliver EDM solutions to support ongoing projects in a number of the group's subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities:-
- Design, development, testing of EDM solutions
- Identification and resolution of issues at all stages of the development life cycles
- Strict adherence to defect tracking and change control processes
- Provision and maintenance of support documentation
Key skills and experience:-
- Excellent Markit EDM Development skills
- Knowledge of Markit EDM development best practices
- Experience of Markit EDM implementations covering any of the following data sets: Market, Instrument, Party, Reference, Corporate Actions and Historical Time-Series
- Very strong financial knowledge and someone who has excellent attention to detail.
Preferred but not essential
- Hands on involvement with Tableau
