Drug Safety Case Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Case processing, triaging, data entry, coding of AE information, quality control and submission of expediting AE reports to health authorities for investigational and post-marketing products in the safety database
- Perform case prioritisation according to relevant Standard Operating Procedures to ensure timely submission of expediting reports to regulatory authorities
- Weekly case processing status reports
- Cross functional interaction with other drug safety units, departments, affiliates on data entry requirements
- Daily monitoring of the workflow and work lists to ensure all cases are prioritised and process appropriately
Your qualifications
- University degree in life sciences or equivalent education in health related field
- Experience in safety or clinical data management
- Knowledge of medical terminology and general understanding of disease processes
- Excellent organisational and problem solving, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English verbal and written, German or French is an advantage
