Your tasks:
- Providing timely, accurate, and effective administrative support to the department head and their leadership team
- Providing support on development, editing and formatting of management documents, materials and/or executive presentations, gathering information or conducting analysis to support the team
- Preparing and providing all necessary meeting documents
- Oversee integrated resource and budget planning
- Serve as single point of control for project data
- Keep track of project progress
- Manage meetings to include setting agendas, organizing meeting time and editing meeting minutes
Your qualifications
- A commercial diploma (e.g. 3 year Swiss Federal diploma) or equivalent degree
- Profound work experience in an supporting management and in project management role
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong organizational and self-management skills as well as the ability to assert oneself
- Good analytical thinking, a structured working manner, ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
- Competent in project planning techniques and methodologies
- Profound knowledge of MS Office (incl. MS SharePoint) and a quick understanding of new applications
