Your tasks:
- Initiate and run the Intermediaries Segment Key Controls
- Prepare and report risk related metrics to senior management
- Support in maintaining segment specific audits & implement guidelines, procedures, processes and tools
- Evolve and maintain documentation of segment specific guidelines procedures, processes and tools
- Responsible for the maintenance and regular updates of the global External Asset Manager & External Financial Advisor Legal Opinion List and the “not-approved Intermediaries” list
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and contribute on project-specific tasks in close collaboration with respective project managers
Your qualifications
- Experience in business process modelling and willingness to further evolve intermediaries policies, guidelines, procedures and processes and respective documentation
- Strong analytical, conceptual and implementation (project and change management) skills
- High attention to details without losing focus on what really matters
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite and strong affinity to technology
- Fluent in English and German
