For one of our customers, a well known pharmaceutical company, we are urgently looking for two experienced:SYSTEM MANAGERS
Level: Professional
Start:ing 01.05.2010
1st position for a System Manager - Test Scheduler:
Main Tasks
- Coordinates test persons with BAO/IM; agrees on test schedule for "Playground" and "UAT" tests
- Collects information to decide whether test on VM server or local Win7 image is required
- Manages test schedules e.g. by using "NGSC Pack&Test" group account Outlook calendar
Backup / 2nd owner for:
- Provisioning & management of ""Win7 UAT"" and ""Win7 Playground"" environment
- Backup for role (Request&Test Finalizer)"
- Provides packages to be tested to the test environment (VM server or local client)
- Backup for role (Request&Test Finalizer)"
Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees)
- Was preferably already served as IT personnal in Roche
- Speaks english fluently
- Coordination skills
- Installation and maintenance of PC's, peripherals, servers, networks and communication
installations
- Testing and implementation of new software products and releases.
- Creation and maintenance of operating manuals, user guides and check lists.
- Knowledge in HP Service Desk, Roche COE Environment, Rada / Active Directory
2nd position for a System Manager - Request & Test Finalizer
Main Tasks
- Packaging Decision Board request preparation; ensures with BAO that all required information
is available. Required information to be available:
- source
- installation instruction
- license key / license requirements"
Provisioning & management of "Win7 UAT" and "Win7 Playground" environment
Provides packages to be tested to the test environment (VM server or local client)
Secondary activities
- Tracks Web & Local Apps with IM; register in Master Excel Sheet
- Backup for role (Web & Local Apps Tracker)"
Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees)
- Has preferably already served as IT personnal in large pharma company
- Speaks english fluently
- Coordination skills
- Installation and maintenance of PC's, peripherals, servers, networks and communication
installations
- Testing and implementation of new software products and releases.
- Creation and maintenance of operating manuals, user guides and check lists.
- Knowledge in HP Service Desk, COE Environment, Rada / Active Directory
