We are looking for a senior PM we would like to have to manage projects within the Network services arena (including Wan Op.)Project Duration: 3-12 m, depending on how the project goes Project Location:Role Title: Project Manager (PM)

ROLE PURPOSE
• Manage projects to provide business solutions. Give the project team directions and maintain control of progress, quality and budget.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion.
• Plan and organize the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.
• Lead the project staff.
• Be responsible for achieving the project objectives.
• Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables.
• Maintain control over the project’s status and budget.
• Report project status and issues where help is needed to the Steering Committee.
• Compliance to the Crystal methodology and GxP where applicable.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / MEASURES OF SUCCESS
• Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost.
• Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for IT projects and other policies relevant to the project scope (e.g. HW/SW standards, CSV, Information Protection).
• Ensure delivery of project results according to agreed quality, schedules and cost while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Lead the assigned project personnel to jointly achieve a high customer satisfaction.
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience (5 years+) in managing global infrastructure projects (LAN, WAN, firewalls, and associated services)
• Evidence of managing the complete project lifecycle
• Evidence of managing projects with multiple vendors
• Evidence of managing multiple implementation streams across diverse cultures and timelines
• Adhering to regular documenting/reporting standards within the project
• Experience of managing stakeholders with diverse expectations
• Proven experience with an established lifecycle methodology
• Proven experience of delivering projects in a GxP environment
• Strong leadership skills
