Helpdesk Agent On behalf of one major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is currently looking for an Helpdesk Agent for an immediate project in Switzerland. Main Tasks Accepting all kinds of queries, fault reports and change requests from the users. First point of contact for simple fault clearance or forwarding fault reports and operational messages to users. Recording and classificating the required information.Analyzing fault reports and queries, correcting malfunctions (remote analysis), answering simple technical questions and triggering workarounds (first level support)Forwarding fault reports and questions to the second level support, supervising fault repair and keeping the error log. Informing users in case of errors.Informing the user in case of errors / faults and instructing them about the correct use of technical and means and applications.Releasing user accounts and access rights in exceptional situations.Prerequisites Administrative skills are essential. ITIL foundation Certificate min. v2. extended telephone skillsProject scope: Start: ASAP.
