Your tasks:
- Compliance pack monitoring: updating and tracking all internal compliance documentation records for accurate information, following up with external agencies and Health Care Professionals (HCPs) for missing information, following up with HCPs for outstanding invoices
- Creating summary information overviews upon request, creating and tracking individual sponsorship agreements for company sponsored meetings, co-ordinating calls with agencies and compliance
- Independently answering and providing information to HQ teams and affiliates, and uploading withhold consent notifications into a database according to country requirements
Your qualifications
- Experience with database file sharing systems & experience in monitoring, checking, and filing documents
- Strong administrative skills, excellent communicator, team player and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
