Mainframe Consultant - with profound Mainframes L1 & L2 Support knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Mainframes L1/L2 Support, Cobol, JCL, CICS, IMS
- Mainframe consultancy experience with Cobol, VSAM, IMS, Assembler and JCL
- Extensive experience of L1 support + Control M+ SPLUNK
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing and maintaining of increased customer satisfaction along with tickets, cost and quality
- Documenting all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the tickets, troubleshooting etc.
- Performing knowledge transition during project enhancements
- Resolving the problems of tickets raised by the clients
- Implementing the training programs for new joiners
