For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for aBusiness Analyst - (Credit) Risk / BCBS )
This unit supports our client's risk offices with best-in-class services to effectively and efficiently deliver Change-the-Bank projects. The team acts as the essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions. Here we are looking for a BA on the business side.
Your Qualificiations:
- 5+ years working experience as a Business Analyst within banking environment, preferabely (Credit) Risk experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and experience in Process Management / design
- Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
- Fluent in English (oral/written)
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
