PMO / Project Support - IT Projects - This is a long term contract opportunity to join a global financial service company for a major project. The role will require strong coordination and administrative skills for a global IT project.

Your experience/skills:
  • 3+ years PMO / Project Support experience within an IT project
  • Excellent administrative skills (coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, financial reporting etc.)
  • Working experience within Financial Services is highly desirable
  • PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint know-how
  • Detail oriented, organised with structured, methodical planning skills
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Preparing project status updates and financial reports on several work streams
  • Organising meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Providing organisational services and support
