PMO / Project Support - IT Projects - This is a long term contract opportunity to join a global financial service company for a major project. The role will require strong coordination and administrative skills for a global IT project.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years PMO / Project Support experience within an IT project
- Excellent administrative skills (coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, financial reporting etc.)
- Working experience within Financial Services is highly desirable
- PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint know-how
- Detail oriented, organised with structured, methodical planning skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Preparing project status updates and financial reports on several work streams
- Organising meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Providing organisational services and support
