SAP Analytics Cloud Expert
SAP Analytics Cloud Expert - ASAP for a 6+ month engagement with one our leading clients.
Skills/Tasks Required:
Skills:
* He/she will participate in SAC-related projects; however, the focus is on day-to-day platform operations and community support.
* He/she will be responsible for the orchestration & management of support tickets: internal (L3) and external tickets raised to SAP (OSSes in SAP Launchpad)
* He/she will be working on multiple initiatives around standard/global reporting, with SAP Analitycs Cloud as the main software. He/she will respond to technical questions coming from SAC Developers (40+ developers) and team members, focusing on the SAC Mobile Application area.
We are looking for someone to join the Global IT team responsible for administration and managing one of the biggest SAP Analytics Cloud platforms in the world (8000 unique users daily, 60000 story views daily).
* The person will be part of the Global IT - Frontend team, working on multiple initiatives around standard/global reporting, with SAP Analitycs Cloud as the main software.
* He/she will respond to technical questions coming from SAC Developers (40+ developers) and team members, focusing on the SAC Mobile Application area.
* He/she will support developers with SAC Best Practice implementation and BW queries/SAC Stories.
* He/she will participate in SAC-related projects; however, the focus is on day-to-day platform operations and community support.
* He/she will be responsible for workspace tools: SAP Analysis for Office, Eclipse (updates, fixing technical issues with software)
* He/she will be supporting the implementation and adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud, an add-in for Microsoft Office
This is an ongoing role, initially for 6 months but with a potential extension (a successful candidate can stay much longer). Our team is not responsible for the development, but for platform administration and developers' community support.
Requirements:
- Team player with a collaborative attitude, proactive, and with ability to work under pressure
- A deep understanding of data warehousing and Front End reporting concepts
- 5+ years of experience with SAP BI products.
- 2+ years of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, ideally in the platform administration area
- Experience with designing stories with SAP Analytics Cloud Mobile Application
- Experience with SAP BW - development, performance optimization, query design
- Experience with SAP Analysis for Office
- Experience with Eclipse + BW modelling, Query Designer
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud with BW4/HANA Live Connection
- Experience with BW/4HANA
- Experience with SAP Cloud Connector
- Experience with SAP BTP platform management
- Intermediate coding skill (JavaScript)
- Intermediate knowledge of web apps
- Basic security knowledge
- Basic knowledge of some of the existing clouds (AWS, Azure, BTP)
