Responsibilities:- Working with IT to design, construct, and implement data infrastructure solutions.
- Manage the infrastructure stack for data intake and processing with monitoring and alerting;
- Support the development of a global data model, a data catalogue, and search capabilities.
- Harmonize visualisations and data analytics tools across the operations network.
- Building data pipelines for the use cases in production, MSAT, QC and R&D.
- Assist with data aggregation, data cleansing, and data profiling.
- Verify that all OT data sources have accurate data.
- Embrace tight collaboration with data analytics engineers and other SMEs in the industry to enable digital projects.
Requirements:
- Strong background in computer science, automation or other technical fields
- Several years of professional experience in data management and architecture
- Experience with OT data infrastructure tools like Aveva PI and reporting capabilties like Seeq and PowerBI.
- Solid knowledge of DB technologies, both relational and non-relational.
- Practical knowledge in data translation, analytics, and curation.
- Expertise in Python, R, and Java programming.
- Awareness of data ontologies and FAIR data ideas.
- A passion for using data to draw insights and put them into practice.
- Having fun at work and being creative.
- Excellent organizing abilities and very strong communication skills.
- Very strong English and German language skills.
