The Technical Compliance Department is looking for suitable candidates with experience in plant qualification in the field of packaging. The work environment includes packaging plants as well as ancillary process plants including infrastructure for liquid and solid active ingredients.
Production equipment includes, but is not limited to, filling and capping machines, inspection machines, labelers, assembly machines for syringes and auto-injectors, and small parts washers.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of qualification plans/reports for the phases DQ-IQ-OQ-PQ according to the Roche Q-System.
- Execution of qualifications in the phases DQ-IQ-OQ-PQ according to Roche Q-System.
- Preparation of QPP/MQP (Qualification Project Plan/Master Qualification Plan).
- Assessment of technical changes to facilities with regard to impact on the qualified status and independent processing of requalifications.
- GMP-compliant documentation of the work carried out and summary of the differences encountered.
Must Haves:
- Completed education/studies in one of the fields: Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering or Biotechnology.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with qualifications in the plant environment.
- In-depth work experience in GMP regulated work environment.
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German, as well as good knowledge of English.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Mail & Calendar).
