IT Network Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- You will be in charge of IT network operations for over 2500 connected devices
- You are responsible for the lifecycle management of the network-specific infrastructure
- Coordination of the technical staff for cable management is part of your activities
- You support global network projects
- You support the development of network telephony solutions (VOIP)
Main qualifications
- Completed IT education or technical vocational training with further education in the field of computer science
- Ideally you will have a proven track record in development, preferably in a similar role
- You have completed CCNA training
- You have experience in IT projects and helping businesses implement their desired IT solutions
- Sound knowledge of network operations for Cisco products, Aruba knowledge is advantageous
- Good experience with VOIP telephony solutions
- Ability to perform complex troubleshooting of IT network services
- Knowledge of industry standard service desk processes and procedures
- You have experience in industrial IT network operations
- Fluency in English is mandatory
