Area of responsibilities:
• Plan/Build/Migration and Maintenance activities L2 support for MQ/IIB/Axway
• Installation, configuration and system administration of the IBM WebSphere MQ/IIB/Axway.
• Manage and configuring of SSL, Queues, channels, Flows, applications etc..
• Administration and maintenance of Pre-production and production environments.
• Migrating the MW Products from Old version to latest versions.
• Coordination with Client teams and IT Partners, Vendors.
• Planning and executing Middleware DR Restoration drills in coordination with other teams.
• Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts, it is essential to have hands-on experience in one of the Automation Platforms like SALTSTACK, Ansible.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge, publish base articles and contribute to the team in the service.
• Handling on-call support, High severity issues, Root cause analysis and prepare appropriate documentation as required by Incident and Problem management.
