Climate Risk Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Developing Net Zero trajectories to enable the company align its financing with the Paris Agreement objective of limiting global warming to 1.5° C
- Embedding climate risk frameworks across Legal Entities as well as leveraging existing frameworks developed for other Legal Entities
- Updating local processes and controls to ensure that Climate Risk Management becomes a sustainable and embedded discipline in the overall risk management framework of Legal Entities
- Representing the Global Head in meetings with stakeholders as necessary
Your experience/knowledge:
- Senior Executive level stakeholder management experience
- Working background in climate and sustainability area is an advantage
- Ability to handle large sets of data
- Track record in leading innovation projects from a content perspective is a plus
Your soft skills:
- Fast-paced, striving for excellence but able to accept uncertainty in initial analyses
- Analytical mind with a structured approach to solving problems
