OVERVIEWFor a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a
Business Process Analyst – TOM
In this exciting role, you will be working within a change team in close collaboration with Stream Leads, Heads, Business Architects, and other business analysts to define and implement a new Asset Servicing solution.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the analysis of existing business processes and modeling new target process models
Strong planning and dependency management skills, ensuring consistency/coherence across solutions
Extensive knowledge in data/interface analysis and modeling, and a good understanding of software architecture diagrams preferred
Experienced in behavior-driven development practices
Skilled in the definition of user stories and automated test features supporting test engineers (experienced in the definition of cucumber/gherkin features)
Proven experience in agile (e.g., Scrum) working models and tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
In-depth knowledge of best practice process modeling notations
Previous experience in vendor platform integrations is a plus
Asset Servicing Domain knowledge is an asset
Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity of requirements to members of the team and other partners
Fluent in English
